To have the best experience, we invite students to arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure there is plenty of time to check-in, fill out any necessary forms get yourself a drink and settle in.

At Beauty-Licious Academy we have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy to accommodate the high demand for courses. This policy applies across the board whether booked in person, on the phone, via email or online. We am happy to reschedule your course, providing we have at least 48 hours’ notice. For the avoidance of doubt failure to notify Beauty-Licious Academy within 48 hours will result in the loss of your course and a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given to cancelled or rescheduled bookings. Please note in the event of late arrival, Beauty-licious Academy may not be able to carry out the complete course or could be cancelled and the loss of your course payment.

If you choose to pay via one of our payment financing partners (Klarna, Clearpay, Laybuy, Paypal), please understand that you are being connected to a 3rd party and as such you will be entering into a financial transaction with that party and not Beauty-Licious Academy.

Please note I reserve the right to refuse courses; disrespect and rudeness towards myself or staff will not be tolerated.

Beauty-Licious Academy reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions as and when it is considered necessary to do so. Reasonable notice will be given for this.

By purchasing any courses you are agreeing to Beauty-licious Academy’s Terms and Conditions.

In the event you cannot attend your course due to needing to Covid test or self-isolate, you will be offered free rescheduling upon producing an official NHS text or email notification confirming a booked test, positive test result or NHS Test & Trace notification of required self-isolation dated to coincide with the booked training date. Training will not be refundable, but re-bookable to the next training date available once you are free from symptoms of isolation.

Course date may be moved if unforeseen circumstances.

Courses within the Packages must be attended by the same person.

All courses booked as part of the Package deals are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Any reschedules of dates are subject to the rescheduling fee of £25 per training date.

Dates must be selected at the time of booking. Training dates are subject to availability. Courses are not confirmed until your booking has been processed by our team at Beauty-Licious Academy.

Please note courses may be mixed-sex groups.

Age restriction 16+

Any changes that need to be made must be done 48 hours before the course due date. Anything later is a charge of £25 admin fee.

Failure to arrive at your course will result in losing all payments made.

Late arrivals must inform us of the number provided, if not this could result in not being able to sit your course. £25 admin charge to re-book your course for a later date.

You must follow our code of conduct policy if not this will result in not receiving your certification and being asked to leave.

All courses Must be paid in full one week before the course due date if you had left a booking fee to secure your space. The only exception is when you take advantage out Credit to spread the balance over a third-party payment plan. Please contact us for further information about the booking fee. Failure to pay the full balance will result in losing your course date(s) and booking fee being lost.

You cannot re-book onto a course while any payments have been made for a course you have booked onto and then cancelled. You will have to re pay for another course booking including Booking Fee which is non refundable.

Should you have a discount code, gift voucher, offer or other credit, please ensure you apply this at the time of making payment as these cannot be applied retrospectively once payment has been made. Please note we reserve the right to amend course prices or run promotions at any time, without prior notice. Once a booking is made, the price paid is final and no price difference can be refunded in the event of a later course price reduction.

Some courses held here at beauty-licious academy do require a patch test 48 hours before your course for yourself or a model if this applies, this is for your safety.

Providing no adverse reactions take place, we will be happy to carry out your course safely.

Please let Beauty-licious Academy know if you have overly sensitive skin or any specific allergies that may be affected by our treatments or products. We can then arrange a patch test for you to make sure you are being treated safely. You will be asked to fill out a medical questionnaire before your course if applies. This is for use for Beauty-licious Academy to ensure your treatment is 100% safe.

Beauty-licious Academy cannot be held responsible if you do not disclose any medications or conditions that may affect your treatment if applies. Please inform Beauty-licious Academy of any changes in your health on subsequent visits.

If you are unsure of being able to have a particular treatment, please inform us 48 hours before your courses.

I ask clients to look after their property while at Beauty-Licious Academy as we are unable to take responsibility for items left unattended.

Due to insurance and learning Beauty-licious Academy cannot allow children around during courses. This is due to us using hot tools and chemicals etc that children cannot be around as well as learning and require no distractions. Beauty-licious Academy cannot be responsible for small children whilst you are in study. Friends and family are also not allowed you are in a training course and need no distractions as well as insurance purposes. Do come alone. Failure to do so will result in losing your place on the course as well as any payments made.

All purchases are final, and we are unable to exchange or refund unless exceptional circumstances.

Rest assured that your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to maintaining the privacy of any personal information we collect from you. we do not share any of your personal information with any third-party organisations and we abide by the principles of UK data protection legislation. We only use/share if you have given consent to do so.

Any damages to any property belonging to Beauty-Licious Academy caused by yourself during your course you will be liable to cover the costs of damages.

Various promotional offers are run throughout the year, date and time restrictions may apply. Offers may not be used in conjunction with each other.

Beauty-Licious Academy reserves the right to cancel any promotions running at any given time.

If paying with a gift voucher you must give details at the time of booking. Gift vouchers must be presented upon course bookings. Please personally get in touch with Beauty-licious Academy. Failure to attend will result in full payment for your course to be deducted from your gift voucher. Beauty-licious Academy will however honour the remaining balance of the voucher for future use.

Gift vouchers (including e-vouchers) are valid for 12 months. Beauty-Licious Academy will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged Physical vouchers (where applicable) gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. The change will not be given, but the balance will remain on the voucher until its expiry date.

At our academy, we have a friendly and well-behaved dog who sometimes accompanies us during courses. We understand that some individuals may have allergies or prefer not to have a dog present. Therefore, we kindly request that you let us know upon booking if you require our dog Tinka not to be present or if you have any allergies.

We strive to create a comfortable and inclusive learning environment for all our students. If you notify us in advance, we will ensure that our dog Tinka is not present during your course to accommodate your needs.

Please note that our dog used to being around people. We take utmost care to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

Tinka is a small Jack Russel cross Chihuahua please check the about us page for more information.
